Korsakoff’s syndrome

Kosrakoff is a disorder caused by the lack of thiamine B1 in the brain which leads to amnesia. In Turkey, detainees’ death fasts and the prison operations called Back to Life led by the Military Officers resulted in Kosrakoff disorder in hunderds of detainees.
